Utilising a work management system, Velway P+M tracks all engineer movement, productivity and delivery, to provide an efficient cost-effective service to all clients.

Velway P+M works to an agreed schedule of rates with all clients so there are no nasty surprises when it comes to invoicing.

Maintenance operatives understand Velway P+M’s core objective of completing 1st time fixes.

To evidence works, all jobs are completed showing time on site, before and after photos and signatures of customer satisfaction as standard

This ethos ensures that the success of the project is based on continuous review and communication, and includes the client throughout the process. Velway P+M fully appreciates that projects can evolve where changes, improvements and alterations can happen at any time, either through requests from the clients or necessity as the works are delivered.

The Velway Project and Maintenance integrated work management system is crucial in all stages of the projects but the overarching aim of Velway P+M is to never become a faceless company. Schedule Maintenance Operative

Velway Projects and Maintenance appreciates that not all work is a pre-planned project, or reactive maintenance which require an immediate attendance.

Velway P+M has found a niche to work with clients to provide a scheduled maintenance operative. This enables sites to “batch” various reactive requests for attendance during a scheduled visit.

The scheduled visits not only provide a cost-effective service to the client, who isn’t paying numerous “call out” fees, but also helps cut down disruption on site, builds up confidence of building users who see the same scheduled operative attending site and increases efficiencies on site with the operative being able to arrive with the correct materials, whilst saving a client from having to induct different operatives from different providers.

Post completion and invoicing

Velway P+M appreciates the importance of the post-completion stage and provides agreed defect periods for project works.

At the snagging stage, Velway P+M works in partnership with the client to ensure all works are completed and signed off to their satisfaction. The snagging can be recorded on the Velway P+M work management system with a full completion report provided.

Post project packs are completed and provided by Velway P+M to include warranties, certification and any O+M manuals.

Velway P+M has worked across all property sectors and the team has experience of managing and producing service charges, therefore, any invoice can be provided with required nominal coding for ease of invoicing for the end client or their tenants / resident.
